This privacy policy applies to bmicalculatorsystem.com (the “Site”), a free online Body Mass Index calculator. It explains what information is — and isn't — processed when you use the Site. For questions about this policy, see our contact page.
The height, weight, age, and any other values you enter into the calculator are processed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. They are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, never stored, and never shared with anyone. When you close or reload the page, your inputs are gone. We have no technical ability to see what you typed.
The Site does not:
Like virtually every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider whose infrastructure may automatically record standard technical logs — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure, are not used by us to identify individuals, and are retained according to the hosting provider's standard policies.
The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches these font files, your IP address and standard request headers are transmitted to Google's servers. Google's processing of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. No other third-party scripts, analytics, or embeds are present on the Site.
The Site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Site, including the DoubleClick/DART cookie, which enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this Site and other sites on the internet. Ad personalization is governed by Google, not by us.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, as required by the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
The Site itself sets no cookies — no analytics, no session cookies, no fingerprinting. The only cookies you may encounter are the advertising cookies described in section 6, which are set by Google and its certified ad partners and are subject to your consent and opt-out choices.
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. BMI results for children and teens are intended to be reviewed together with a parent, guardian, or healthcare provider.
Under regulations such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you have rights over personal data a service holds about you — including access, correction, and deletion. We do not ourselves collect or store personal data, so there is no data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Data processed by Google in connection with advertising is controlled through your Google account and the opt-out tools linked in section 6. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics or change advertising partners — we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
